Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Itsaloop. If you need a refund, we will review your request and do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly.

Overview
We have a 24-hour refund policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your notice of permit rejection to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you need the receipt or proof of purchase from our service. There are 4 conditions where you’ll be eligible to ask for a refund to us:
Condition 1:
When you are not eligible for applied service
If during the document verification process we found out that you are not eligible for the applied service (visa/permit/others), we will refund 95% of the total transaction paid.
Condition 2:
When you decide to cancel application during verification process
If you cancel the application during document verification process, we will refund 95% of the total transaction paid.
Condition 3:
When your application is rejected by the issuer
If the application passed our document verification process but then rejected by the issuer of the visa/permit (for example: immigration office, embassy, consulate, etc.), we will refund 95% of the service fee. Government fee or fee charged by the issuer of the visa/permit is non-refundable.
Condition 4:
When your visit is refused by the immigration office
No refund is applicable if you are refused to enter a destined country by the immigration office using visa served by Its a Loop.
How to Request Refund
To start a refund, you can contact us at contact@itsaloop.com with the subject line:
Refund Request - [Your Order ID].
We will then confirm/reject your request according to your eligibility and start our refund process.
The refund process will start up to 7 days after we confirm our refund to your email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
